Hello. I’m a user research consultant and user-centred designer, based in London, UK but working with clients all over the place.

I’ve been designing for over 10 years – websites, software interfaces, logos, icons, illustrations, business cards and posters. I’m most interested in usability, website optimisation and the user experience. I prefer agile working methods and a kaizen-style approach of continual small improvements.
